Preperation of MUSHROOM MANCHURIA ( in Telugu and English )
REQUIREMENTS: Mushrooms - 250 gr., Maida - 50 gr., Cornflour - 50 gr., Allam Vellulli Paste - One and half spoon, Mirch - 5, Miriyala podi - 1/2 spoon, Allam - small piece, Vellulli - 75 gr., Azi-na-Mota - chitikedu, Soya Sauce - 4 spoons, Kottimira katta - 1, Oil, Salt as required.

COOKING STYLE: Tin Mushrooms aithe direct ga vaadaali. vidivi aithe kadigi udakabetti oka bowl lo teesi, vaatiki Maida, Cornflour, Allam Vellulli Paste, Miriyala podi, Salt vesi kalipi unchali. Pakodi laga kaagina Oil lo vesi FRY cheyali. veroka Pan lo 4 spoons Oil vesi kaaginaaka sannaga tarigina Allam, Vellulli, Mirch mukkalanu vesi erraga veyinchi andulo veyinchina Mushrooms vesi Soya Sauce, 1 cup of Water posi igiripoyenta varaku dry ga FRY cheyali. Kottimira, Azi-na-Mota kalapithe. ...hmm...Serve HOT HOTly...

REQUIREMENTS: Mushrooms - 250 gr., Flour - 50 gr., Corn flour - 50 gr., Ginger Garlic Paste - One and half spoon, Green Chilli - 5, Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon, Ginger - small piece, Garlic - 75 gr., Azi-na-Mota - very small little quantity, Soya sauce - 4 spoons, coriander leaves - 1 pack, Oil, Salt as required.

COOKING STYLE: You have to use Tin Mushrooms directly. If you uses the normal Mushrooms then you have to washed it and Boiled them and take it into a bowl. Next you have to mix that Mushrooms gently with Flour, Corn flour, Ginger Garlic Paste, Pepper powder and salt. Now fry them in a heat Oil as spoon by spoon size like pakoda.
  • Now heat 4 spoons Oil in another Pan and fry the pieces of Garlic, Ginger, Green chilli reddishly. Then Put the above fried Mushrooms in this Pan and mix with Soya sauce and 1 cup of water. And again fry them until the water to be dry. Next mix them with the Coriander leaves and Azi-na-Mota. Now serve them hot...have a HOT FUN...Vov...
